| Under the new medical reform, on the assumption of keeping the public welfare, major public hospitals should fulfill their development and expansion to face the unprecedented pressure and challenge. On the view of scientific development and on the basis of the thinking of the machine made, technology, management and service innovation, the hospital strategic management method of combining mechanism, technology, discipline, management and service is proposed to promote the long-term, various and continuous development of public hospitals. |
