| In order to solve the “high hospitalization expense” problem of the masses, regarding the operation of selling drugs without added profit as the acting point, Anhui Province launches the comprehensive reform of basic medical and health isystem, establishes a new and efficient management system, operating mechanism and funds guarantee mechanism, and actually makes the medical and health service return to public welfare. The paper introduces the innovation and results of basic framework and reform measures in the comprehensive reform basic medical health institutions in Anhui pronice and analyses several problems, which need paying attention to, at present. |
