| Abstract: |
| The connotation of the organizational performance determines the basic form of the performance of public hospitals.Tthe essential attribute and social responsibility of public hospital determines the strategic content and direction of the performance of public hospitals. It is very difficult to analyze the production system of the strategic performance, because of its characteristics. Through reduced model, discussion in phases and excluding special states, the strategic performance of public hospitals analysis model is established in the normal state. The model gives some guidance to manage performance scientifically. |
