| 目的 探讨防控甲型H1N1流感条件下发热门诊管理考评方法并评价其效果。方法 将发热门诊12名一线医护人员分为4组，每组作为一个基本工作单元，采用患者问卷调查和随机现场抽查的方法对其发热筛查质量、工作流程、个人防护、病区消毒管理实施量化考评，分析实施考评后筛查质量和消毒防护管理水平的变化。结果 各单元组评分明显改善，2009年9-10月优良率达100%；发热筛查的质量改善，效率提高，程序流畅，接诊时间缩短，患者满意度提高；医护人员的个人防护意识提高，个人防护严格执行防护标准，病区消毒管理逐步走向规范，管理严谨有序，空气消毒效果明显改善。结论 分组量化考评时一种考评新思路，方便易行，效果显著，明显提高了发热门诊的工作和管理质量，大大促进了甲型流感防控工作。 |

| The Application and Effect of Quantitative Assessment in Group in Fever Clinics |

| Objective To explore the methods of management and assessment in fever clinics during the epidemic of the Influenza A(H1N1),and evaluate their effectiveness.Methods 12 medical staff in the front-line of fever clinics are divided into 4 groups.Every group is regarded as a basic unit of work,using questionnaire survey for patients and spot checks randomly to assess the quality of fever screening,work sequence,personal protection,disinfection and management of wards quantitatively and to analyse changes of the quantify of screening,the level of disinfection,protecting and management after the implementation of quantitative assessment.Results The score of each group as a unit improved significantly,and the excellent rate reached to 100% in September and October,2009.Both quality and efficiency of fever screening improve.The sequence works smoothly.Reception time shortens.The level of patient satisfaction improves too.Medical staff enhance their awareness of personal protection.Personal protection complies with the standards and provisions about personal protection strictly.Disinfection and management of wards standardizes gradually,which are managed strictly in good order.Effect of air disinfection improves significantly.Conclusion Quantitative evaluation in group is a kind of new idea about evaluation,implement easily,has obvious effect,improves the work and management quality of fever clinics markedly,and promotes the prevention and control of the Influenza A(H1N1) greatly. |
