| 在附属医院和课题2个层面，调查近10年来广州医学院部分直属医院的情况及其成果和结题项目情况，分析高水平成果产出与医院相关因素的关系。认为“医院实力强，资源好，有明显优势的医疗和科研基地”、“具有优秀医疗和科研人才”、“拥有高水平科研项目和应用”等是影响高水平成果产出的主要因素，并提出促进高水平成果产出的医院有关要素的管理模式。 |

| Analysis the Impact of the Hospital-related Factors on High-qualified Scientific Research Products |

| From affiliated hospitals and researches the relationship between the high-qualified scientific research products and hospital-related factors in recent ten years has been surveyed. It is found that the factors such as "hospital qualification", "abundant resources", "advanced clinical scientific research base", "qualified clinical research participants", "qualified scientific research projects and applications" etc，could impact the qualified scientific research products. Based on the data, an effective management model of these factors to promote the qualified products has been concluded. |
