| The average length of stay is a comprehensive index to evaluate hospital efficiency and effectiveness, health care quality, and technical level. Shortening the average length of stay is the key to enhance the effectiveness. On account of the current the average length of stay "extraordinary reduction shortening" phenomenon, from the standpoint of hospital management, the paper designs the dynamic management model of the average length of stay objective, in order to provide useful references for shortening the average length of stay reasonablely , and enhancing the effectiveness of the hospital . |
