| 通过分析深圳市某二甲综合医院门诊患者就诊规律,并论证挂号、收费窗口岗位的工作任务存在稳定的周期性潮起潮落的变化规律,发现季度、星期和时间段等3个因素交织在一起影响门诊挂号窗口患者的到达数,从而验证变频工作制的可行性。另外还对工作岗位的变化规律中的“错峰”现象进行了分析。 |

| Through analyzing on job schemes of frequency conversion management discipline of outpatient department in a second type general hospital in Shenzhen, whether existing discipline of job schemes of frequency conversion which may mutual substitution in the job characteristic is demonstrated and proved , and whether existing intermingled peak in different operating posts is discussed . It is found that season, week and time quantum are 3 ingredients which are mixture influences of the number of outpatients who registered in outpatient department.The "conservation’ phenomenon in postion changing is also analyzed. |
