Abstract: |
A systematic retrospective analysis and comparison of the relevant theories had been carried out based on the analysis of human resource allocation and working status in general hospitals. And it also had elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of the saturated working system, the flextime system and the frequency conversion working system. It proposed that the frequency conversion working system was a dynamic mechanism of human resources management and was the further development of the flextime system. The working system can more fully use the staff’s working hours, improve efficiency and optimize the allocation of resources rationally. |
