| Based on standard establishment of quality control group for our department, the PDCA concept was employed to continuously improve the concept by combining with classic management tools so that the consciousness of quality control group was enhanced. During the five years, PDCA - SDCA culture of our department was gradually formed, which helps to attain certain achievements in securing medical quality and safety, and promoting patients’ satisfaction. |
