目的
分析上海市医用耗材价格调整政策对上海市某区区属公立医院经济运行的影响。方法 通过医院年报和问卷调查，收集17所区属公立医院的经济运行数据。结果 2016年上海市某区区属公立医院高值医用耗材加成率从2014年的14.60%下降至2016年的6.26%；2015—2017年上海市各项医用耗材价格调整政策估计使某区区属公立医院减少总收入1.58亿元。结论 对于医用耗材价格调整造成的医院政策性亏损，在医疗服务未获得足够补偿的情况下，财政应予以一定的补助。 |

| Objective To analyze the impact of price regulation in medical consumables on the economic operation of the public hospitals owned by one district in Shanghai. Methods Relevant data of 17 public hospitals owned by one district in Shanghai were collected from annual reports of these hospitals and through hospital questionnaire survey s. Results In 2016, the mark-up rates of medical consumables in the public hospitals owned by one district in Shanghai were 8.45%(excluded infrastructure investments). It was estimated that all of the price regulations in medical consumables in Shanghai would reduce 158.38 million Chinese yuans of income overall for these hospitals from 2015 to 2017 . Conclusion The hospital income loss because of the price regulation in medical consumables should be compensated by government subsidies to some extents if the compensation for medical services is not sufficient. |
