| 目的
回顾并分析北京大学肿瘤医院2007—2016年间公派留学人员动态数列的变化趋势及特点,提出医院公派留学工作改进措施。方法 运用动态数列分析法中的绝对数、相对数,分析医院公派留学人员人数、性别、年龄、学历、职称等特征指标。结果 留学出国人员男女比例相近,31~35岁(37.19%)、博士研究生学历(87.60%)、副高级职称(47.93%),医师岗位出国人员(85.95%)、单位公派(95.04%)、出访国家美国(76.03%)、派出时间7~12个月(71.90%)构成比最高。留学人员特征指标增长速度呈现不同的变化趋势。结论 医院将从拓宽留学人员公派出国渠道;鼓励药、护、技岗位人员留学,缩短留学人员平台期;科学选拔派出人员,加强公派留学人员的精细化管理三个方面加强留学人员管理工作。 |

Objective
To review and analyze the changing trend and characteristics of oversea study in the hospital from 2007 to 2016, and to propose the improvement measures of oversea study. Methods With the methods of Dynamic series, absolute logarithm and relative number, analyzing the number, gender, age, education and title, etc. Results The proportion of male and female students abroad was similar, 31 to 35 years old staff (37.19%), doctoral degree staff (87.60%), vice-high-level professors (47.93%), physician positions (85.95%), based on the unit(95.04%), sending the country to the United States(76.03%), and sending time to 7~12 months(71.90%) were the largest proportion. Charateristic index increase rate of personnel studying abroad appears different trend. Conclusion The hospital will strengthen the management of overseas study through expanding the channel of sponsored, encouraging pharmacists, nurses and technicians to study abroad, scientifically selecting personnels and improving elaboration management, etc. |
