| Medical liability and technology screening mechanism are innovatively used. 82 cases of medical disputes or adverse events in the past 5 years are retrospectively and systematically analyzed. The paper not only anlyzed the medical system defects, proposed improvement strategies, and also gives internal correction of different judicial identification case, to ensure sustainable development of medical technology. |
