| 目的 通过调查分析老年高血压患者治疗行为，为促进医院社区一体化管理、提高高血压患者治疗率提供策略指导。方法 以哈尔滨市老年高血压患者为研究对象，利用询问式调查问卷对其进行调查，采用χ2检验、单因素及多因素logistic回归分析高血压患者治疗行为的影响因素。结果 除了身体质量指数，生理因素、社会经济状况、体检均未对高血压患者治疗行为产生影响。对高血压疾病及用药持有正确认知的高血压患者更倾向于治疗，对高血压并发症易感程度和高血压并发症严重性认可程度越高的研究对象其治疗率越高。健康关注度对治疗行为的影响并不显著。结论 促进医院社区一体化来加强对高血压患者的管理，其中寻找有效“靶点”成为关键。 |

Objective
To analyze the treatment behavior of old hypertension patients, and offer suggestions about improving hospital community integration management to increase the treatment rate of hypertension. Methods The old hypertension patients in Harbin were selected as subject. The inquiry questionnaires were used to investigate，and X2 test, one- and multi-factor logistic regression were used to analyze the influence factors of treatment behavior. Results Exception of BMI, physical factors, socioeconomic status and physical examination do not influence the treatment behavior of hypertension patients. The hypertension patients who keep correct cognition on hypertension and medicine are inclined to treat hypertension. The more subjects agree with the susceptibility to complications of hypertension and the severity of hypertension complications, the more they treat hypertension. But the attentions to health do not affect treatment of hypertension significantly. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen hospital community integration management to increase treatment rate of old hypertension patients, and finding the effective “target point” is the key. |
