医院大数据应用影响因素分析与对策研究

摘要:
目的 深入分析限制医院大数据应用普及的影响因素,研究促进医院大数据应用的对策与方法。方法 采用德尔菲法自制医院大数据应用影响因素调查问卷,随机抽取中国研究型医院学会医疗分会64家会员单位会员代表进行调查,获得有效问卷104份,有效回收率为94.55%。结果 应用推广(4.14±0.65)分,管理方式(4.07±0.60)分,数据基础(3.88±0.82)分。不同性别、年龄、职称、岗位组间对于影响因素的态度差异没有统计学意义(P > 0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,管理方式(b= -0.381, P=0.019)和“缺乏大数据专业化人才”(b=-0.268, P=0.011)会对医院大数据应用普及程度产生显著的负向影响关系。结论 医院大数据应用水平未能有效满足医务人员需求,应从管理顶层设计入手,重点加强大数据专业化人才的培养,同时注重提升数据基础质量和应用推广力度。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influencing factors that restrict the application of big data in the field of hospital, and to study countermeasures and methods to promote the application of hospital big data. Method The study employed the Delphi method and carried out a survey about influencing factors of hospital big data application with self-designed questionnaires. A total of 104 valid questionnaires were collected from 64 member institutions of the medical branch of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, and the effective recovery rate was 94.55%. Result Application promotion score is (4.14 ± 0.65), management method is (4.07 ± 0.60), and data foundation is (3.88 ± 0.82). No statistical significance was found in the difference of attitude towards influencing factors among groups of different sex, age, title and job (P > 0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the management method (b = -0.381, P = 0.019) and the "lack of talents specialized in big data" (b = -0.268, P = 0.011) would have a significant negative impact on the application of hospital big data. Conclusion The application level of hospital big data cannot meet the needs of medical personnel effectively. Measures should be taken starting from the top design of management to strengthen the training of big data professionals. And at the same time, attention should be paid to the improvement in the basic quality of data as well as the promotion strength of application.
