| 目的 通过调查研究，掌握上海市首家儿科联合团队的运行效果及其运行障碍，为更大区域范围的儿科医疗联合体的组建与运行管理提供参考依据。方法 在文献研究和专家咨询的基础上，采用自设问卷形式分别对65名儿科医务人员和109名患儿家长进行了两轮问卷调查，并对调查结果进行数据统计分析。结果 首家儿科联合团队的组建十分必要且意义重大，运行以来取得了显著效果，虽然运行过程中仍存在一定的障碍，但是大家对即将组建的区域儿科医疗联合体充满了希望。结论 通过加大政府支持力度、加强媒体宣传报道、加强信息网络建设、加强团队之间沟通、加强儿科医生培养等多种途径推动区域儿科联合体健康持续发展，真正起到促进资源共享和统筹配置、提高医疗资源使用效率、缓解儿科医疗资源供需矛盾的作用。 |

Objective
Through investigating and appraising the operating effect of the first pediatric joint team in Shanghai，to provide some references for the establishment and operation management of regional pediatric medical association in a larger area. Methods On the basis of literature research and expert consultation，a questionnaire survey was conducted among 65 pediatric medical staff and 109 parents of children，then statistical analysis of the data was performed in the survey. Results It was necessary to construct the first pediatric joint team in Shanghai，which had achieved remarkable results. Although there were still some obstacles in the process of operation，people were full of hope for establishing regional pediatric medical alliance. Conclusion Sustained and healthy development of the regional pediatric alliance can be achieved through increasing government support and media coverage，strengthening information network construction and training of pediatricians to promote resource sharing and allocation，to improve the efficiency of pediatric medical services，and to relieve the contradiction of the needs and demands of medical service. |
