| 区域医疗中心建设目前没有固定模式。河南省儿童医院（郑州儿童医院）在省市政府强有力支持下，根据河南省医疗发展状况，优先启动国家儿童区域医疗中心创建工作。中心创建坚持“改革整合资源、开放汇聚资源、创新激活资源”的战略方针，通过纵横联动的合作共建机制，增优势、补短板，全面提升医教研防水平和疑难危重症患儿诊疗水平，有效降低外转率，推动分级诊疗实施。通过对河南省构建国家儿童区域医疗中心实施路径的分析，为改善区域儿科医疗发展格局提供参考。 |

| At present, there is no fixed pattern of construction in regional medical center. According to the medical development of Henan Province, under the strong support of the provincial and municipal governments, Henan Children’s Hospital (Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital) firstly starts the creation of National Children’s Regional Medical Center. By the vertical and horizontal cooperation mechanism，National Children’s Regional Medical Center adhere to the strategic approach of "reforming and integration of resources, opening convergence of resources, innovation and activation of resources" for enhancing comprehensively the level of medical and research and diagnosis and treatment of critically ill children , decreasing effectively the rate of children patients to transfer to another hospital, and promoting the implementation of hierarchical treatment. Through the analysis of the implementation path of the National Children’s Regional Medical Center in Henan Province, references are provided for improving the regional pediatric medical development pattern. |
