| 目的 分析生育政策调整前后剖宫产率、剖宫产指征的变化趋势，为降低剖宫产率提出建议。方法 应用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析，描述各项指标变化趋势。结果 伴随生育政策调整，剖宫产率下降明显，但是年龄变化趋势不大，胎膜早破、巨大儿、高龄初产近年来呈现上升趋势，而无指征剖宫产在全面二胎政策开放后，顺位排名降低至第7位以后。结论 孕产妇生育方式受到了生育政策调整的影响，伴随生育政策的继续推进，剖宫产率将持续下降，同时，严格把控无指征剖宫产发生率，对孕产妇二胎受孕及分娩的安全性也起到了一定的保证。 |

Objective
To analyze the cesarean section rate, natural rate, cesarean section age, cesarean section refers to the changing trend of syndrome before and after the adjustment of fertility policy,in order to reduce the rate of cesarean section and puts forward the reasonable suggestions. Method The spss package was applied for statistical analysis，to describe the changing trend of the index.Result With the fertility policy adjustment, cesarean section rate decreased significantly, but the age trend does not change alot; prom, macrosomia, elderly primipara cesarean section in recent years showed a rising trend as the main indications for cesarean section,no indications of cesarean section in the fully open two-child policy, a ranking reduced to seventh after. Conclusion The fertility policy adjustments have some effects on the choice of the provincial maternal birth way.With the family planning policy continues to advance, the cesarean section rate will continue to decline,at the same time,strictly controlling the cesarean section rate of syndrome is in favor of ensuring the safety of maternal pregnancy and child birth. |
