68 records from 68 key informant interviews within a sample close medical alliance are analyzed through using content analysis method. Combined with literature review and basic data comparison, the key links and problems are found, and the suggestions of human resourceplanning, management and incentive mechanism of human resource sharing within close medical associations are put forward. |
