| 临床实习是医学生学习成长中必然经历的重要过程，传统的医学教学模式和教学方法偏重课本知识，不注重实践技能以及创新能力培养，已对医学生的发展形成禁锢。结合临床实践教学工作实际，以标准化处理和流程库的相关理念和操作方法为支撑，提出了标准化处理流程库的教学方法，改革现行护理本专科生临床实践教学及考核的模式和方法，探索建立以提高临床能力为目的的标准化的训练方法和教学评价体系。 |

| Clinical practice is a very important learning period to the nursing college students. The traditional teaching model and method imprisons the development of the students due to emphasizing on textbook knowledge while ignoring the practical skills and innovative ability. This research proposed the standardized processing model repository teaching method combined with actual clinical practice teaching, to reform the current clinical teaching and assessment methods of the nursing college students, to establish standardized training methods and teaching evaluation system for the purpose of improving the clinical ability. |
