目的 综合分析与评估北京朝阳医院和北京友谊医院两家试点医院的法人治理改革情况。方法 利用调研信息并采用Preker-Harding模型,从决策权、剩余索取权、市场进入程度、问责机制、社会功能等5个方面进行分析。结果 北京市两家试点医院市场化改革处于由自主化向法人化组织过渡阶段。结论 法人治理改革在改善医院内部决策机制方面取得一定进步,在组织结构要素的相互匹配与协调方面还需要进一步完善。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To comprehensively evaluate and analyze the situation of the corporate governance innovation of two pilot public hospitals in Beijing, including Beijing Choayang Hospital and Beijing Friendship Hospital. Method Based on the Preker-Harding model, 5 dimensions were assessed, including decision rights, residual claimant, market exposure, accountability and social function. Result The market reform of the two pilot hospitals is in the transitional period of autonomous public hospital to corporatized public hospitals. Conclusion Although the corporate governance innovation has made certain progress in improving hospital internal decision-making mechanism, the matching of factors in the organizational structure need to be improved. |
