| 目的 探索病人安全文化的重要维度，以期为病人安全文化建设提供依据。方法 采用TOPSIS综合评价法，对病人安全文化态度量表中的6个一级维度从重要性和可行性的角度进行综合评价。结果 病人安全文化态度量表中排序前3位的维度依次为团队合作、安全氛围、工作条件。结论 在提高医院病人安全文化时应重点注重这3个方面内容。 |

| Objective To explore the focus dimensions of the patient safety culture in hospital，so as to provide the basis for the construction of patient safety culture. Method Comprehensive evaluation of the six dimensions of patient safety attitude scale from the perspective of importance and feasibility through using TOPSIS method. Results The first three important factors in medical students’ safety culture attitude scale are “teamwork”, “safety climate” and “working conditions”. Conclusion Three aspects in improving the safety culture of patients in hospitals should be focused on. |
