| 目的 分析锐器伤的漏报情况及其影响因素，对锐器伤上报进行指导。方法 对湖北省部分医疗机构进行问卷调查，运用logistic回归分析法分析影响锐器伤漏报的因素。结果 静脉钢针、针头、安瓿伤的漏报率依次为32.7%、35.0%、44.8%，机构类型、锐器盒配置、培训率、门诊量对漏报率的影响有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 为了减少漏报事件的发生，应从锐器盒配置、护士的培训等方面加强管理，同时不能忽视机构类型与门诊量等方面的影响。 |

| Medical Sharps Injuries Underreporting and its Influencing Factors |

| Objective To analyze underreporting sharp injuries and its influencing factors, and guide the management of sharp injuries. Methods The questionnaire survey of some medical institutions in Hubei Province was carried out by logistic regression analysis. Results The omission rate of venous needle, needle and ampoule was 32.7%, 35.0% and 44.8%. The type of organization, the configuration of the sharp box, the training rate and the outpatient volume were statistically significant (OR = 0.523, 0.997, 0.975, 7.468; P = 0.05, 0.036, 0.002, 0.035). Conclusion In order to reduce the occurrence of underreporting, the sharp box configuration, nurses training and other aspects management should be strengthened, in addition, the type of institutions and outpatient and other aspects should be taken into account. |
