| 公立医院岗位设置及全员聘任制已实施多年，由于很多医院在操作中都将注意力集中在职称结构上，经常出现“职称”即“岗位”的现象，这种设计缺乏了对岗位本身价值的评价，在基于“分工”的岗位设置方法中，对“职称”聘任的运用作了转化，在执行某岗位待遇时，“职称”仅仅是某岗位待遇的阶段标志，而并非岗位本身。 |
