| 目的 构建符合我国国情的住院患者护理人文关怀标准。方法 采用德尔菲专家咨询法，邀请32名专家对构建的住院患者护理人文关怀标准初稿进行两轮问卷咨询，获得专家一致性意见，初步确立我国住院患者护理人文关怀标准。结果 初步构建的我国住院患者护理人文关怀标准指标体系包含5个维度，45个条目。专家对研究课题认可度高，提出的意见相对集中且逐步趋向一致。结论 该标准的构建可为规范临床护理人员的关怀护理，促进住院患者人文关怀护理质量的提高提供依据，但需要进一步的理论和实证研究加以检验。 |

Objective
To develop standard of nurse’s human caring for inpatients in China. Method Delphi method was used in the study. The standard of nurse’s human caring for inpatients in China was developed based on two rounds of consultation among 32 experts. Result The standard of nurse’s human caring for inpatients in China is consisted of 5 dimensions and 45 items. Experts have high recognition on the research, and the suggestions they propose are of more and more consensus. Conclusion This standard can normalize nurse’s human caring service and provide basis for the improvement of nurse’s human caring quality for inpatients. Further theoretical and empirical study is needed to verify the nurse’s human caring standard. |
