目的 探讨知觉压力对麻醉医师组织心理依附的影响,并检验职业倦怠的中介作用。方法 采用网络问卷调查法收集数据。采用Pearson相关性分析及多元阶层线性回归分析法检验变量之间的关系及中介效应。结果 知觉压力对麻醉医师职业倦怠具有显著的正向影响(β=0.367,P<0.01),对组织心理依附具有显著的负向影响(β=-0.244,P<0.05),职业倦怠在二者之间扮演了完全的中介作用。结论 具有高知觉压力的麻醉医师,职业倦怠程度较高,进而削弱了他们的组织心理依附感。有望为麻醉医师心理健康与职业发展理论和实践方面提供科学参考。 |

Influence of Perceived Stress on Job Burnout and Psychological Attachment to Organization of Anesthetist |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the influence of perceived stress on psychological attachment to organization of anesthetist, and to test the mediating role of job burnout. Methods Through using an online questionnaire survey to collect the data, the multiple linear regression analysis was adopted to test the interaction and mediating effect among variables. Results Perceived stress had a positive influence on job burnout (β=0.367, P<0.01) and a negative influence on psychological attachment to organization (β=-0.224, P<0.05) of anesthetist. Moreover, job burnout played a completely mediating role between the perceived stress and psychological attachment to organization of anesthetist. Conclusion Based on two perspectives, it is clarified that perceived stress is related with the high-level job-burnout, which in turn decreases anesthetists’ psychological attachment to organization. The paper will be likely to provide some theoretical and practical references for hospital managers to promote psychological well-being and career development of anesthetists. |
