| 国家自然科学基金中标情况是评价科研实力的重要指标，强调精、准、细、严的精细化管理是提高基金申报中标的重要管理措施。通过分析2012—2016年某医院国家自然科学基金的申报和中标情况，结合医院基金申报的精细化管理实践，提出可将精细化管理用于基金项目申报，提高基金申报质量和中标率。 |

| The successful of getting the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China is an important evaluation indicator of scientific power. The elaborate management emphasized on exact，accuracy，elaboration and strictness is an important measure to improve the situation of the foundation application. Through analyzing the condition of the application and the result, and combining with the management practices, it is proposed that the elaborate management can be used in the foundation application to improve the situation of foundation application. |
