| 伴随着新医改政策的实施，国务院发布的《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》中提出了深化公立医院体制改革、优化多元办医格局的目标。目前，在我国多个领域，公私伙伴关系模式已经得到了广泛的运用，医疗卫生服务行业也不例外。文章通过物有所值评价，分析了公立医院公私伙伴关系模式改革的效果。政府应充分考虑我国的基本国情，加强相关配套措施的研制，使公私伙伴关系模式中私营企业发展与我国公立医院改革齐头并进，进一步推动医疗服务体制改革和政府公共服务职能转变。 |

| With the implementation of the new medical reform policy, the State Council recently issued "Healthy China 2030" Plan "proposed in the deepening of public hospital system reform, optimize the pattern of multi-purpose goal. At present, in many areas of our country, public-private partnership (PPP) model has been widely used, the medical and health services industry is no exception. The article analyzes the effect of PPP model reform in a public hospital through value-for-money evaluation. The government should take full account of China’’s basic national conditions and strengthen the development of relevant supporting measures so that the development of private enterprises in the PPP model and the reform of public hospitals in China go hand in hand to further promote the reform of the medical service system and the transformation of the government’’s public service functions. |
