基于扎根理论的国内外医院价值观差异研究

摘要:
目的 了解国内外医院价值观之间的差异。方法 随机抽取300家中国医院和300家国外医院,查询医院的院训和价值观,采用扎根理论的方法进行归纳分析。结果 国内医院最重要的价值观是技术精益求精,国外医院价值观最重要的是对人的尊重;国外医院价值观中,反思性实践、自我实现、行业领导、资源意识、赋权增能、专业主义、接纳包容、保护人权、积极乐观、差异化服务、工作生活平衡这11个因子在中国医院价值观中未见相似表述;国内医院价值观包括内部要求一个维度,国外医院价值观包含内部要求、外部竞争和以人为本三个维度。结论 国内外医院价值观存在差异,国内医院有必要在组织层面加强对外竞争和以人为本价值观的建设。

Study on Value Difference Between Domestic and Foreign Hospitals Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract:
Objective To explore the value difference between China and other developed countries. Methods 300 hospitals were selected randomly in China and other developed countries, respectively. Grounded theory was used to analyze all hospitals’ value. Results Better technology was the most important hospital value in China, while respect was the most vital to foreign hospitals. Eleven value factors, including reflective practice, people above all else, caring leadership, resource consciousness, empowerment, professionalism, diversity, protect right, optimism, difference of service, balance work/life in developed countries, are reflected in Chinese hospitals. Domestic hospital value only includes internal requirements, while developed countries’ hospital value includes three dimensions-internal requirements, external competition and people-orientation. Conclusion There is significant difference in value between domestic and foreign hospitals. It is necessary to strengthen the hospital value construction of external competition and people-orientation in China.
