辽宁省公立医院医务人员薪酬现状调查分析

摘要:
目的 了解公立医院医务人员薪酬现状、工作情况以及薪酬满意度情况,为完善公立医院薪酬制度、提高医务人员积极性提供建议。方法 通过调查问卷法、座谈法、描述性分析、方差分析等来综合分析公立医院医务人员薪酬现状。结果 不同经济水平的公立医院医务人员之间的年均工资差距大,77.8%的医务人员对目前薪酬水平不满意。结论 公立医院医务人员的薪酬普遍较低,满意度低;工作压力大,薪酬结构不合理,建议完善卫生机构内部薪酬分配机制。

Abstract:
Objective To understand the salary level,working conditions and satisfaction on salary of the medical staffs in public hospitals,to perfect public hospital salary system, and improve staffs’ enthusiasm. Methods Taking questionnaire survey, panel method, descriptive analysis and variance method to comprehensively analyze salary status of medical staff in public hospitals. Results There is a big gap among medical staffs in different economic areas of public hospitals. 77.8% staffs are dissatisfied with their salary levels. Conclusion The salary level of medical staffs in public hospitals is so low,and their satisfaction level is low. Medical staffs have stressful situation at work,and the salary structure is not well reasonable. Health internal salary distribution system should be perfected.
