| Status quo and causes of hospital quality management and safety management are analyzed. Through taking Wuxi No.2 People’s Hospital as an example, the article introduces the practice and achievements of the hospital in 4 aspects, including structure adjustment, procedure improvement, continuing improvement system and culture atmosphere cultivation. |
