| 目的 明确现阶段我国公立医院披露的核心要素，了解北京市公立医院经网站披露的现况和问题，为完善政府视角下医院社会责任信息披露提供相应的建议。方法 以政策文件计量分析法初步确定政府视角下现阶段公立医院社会责任信息披露的要素，辅之以文献研究和定性访谈内容，选取能够反映公立医院社会责任的相关词汇组成数据字典，以网络搜索的方式对北京市三级医院网站进行调查，获取研究所需的信息数据资料，应用描述性统计分析方法对披露内容、水平等分别进行定性、定量描述分析。 结论 加强对医院经网站社会责任信息披露的监管；规范现阶段医院披露标准，提高医院披露社会责任信息的主动性和积极性；加快医院经网站社会责任信息披露内容的更新频率。 |

| The core elements of public hospital social responsibility information disclosure at the present stage is clarified, and the status quo and problems of public information disclosure of public hospitals in Beijing are understood to provide suggestions for hospital social responsibility information disclosure under government perspective. Through using policiometrics，government demand factors and interviewing the officers in hospital or government sector are established,then social responsibility of public hospital related vocabulary consisted in data dictionary are selected，and tertiary hospital sites are investigated to obtain the information and data, finally to do qualitative quantitative descriptive analysis. The hospital website social responsibility information disclosure regulations should be strengthened，hospital disclosure stage be standardized and the hosptial disclosure initiative and enthusiasm be inproved，and the hospital social responsibility information disclosure content update rate through the wev site ben increased. |
