| 目的 探讨中国医院市场竞争对于医院技术效率的影响。方法 采用2012年河南和江苏1449家样本综合医院的数据，通过两阶段的自助法数据包括分析和断尾回归构建经济计量和统计模型进行分析。 结果 在其他条件保持不变的情况下，赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数提高1000，医院技术效率下降0.0685。 结论 在中国的医疗背景下中，市场竞争有利于医院技术效率的提升。 |

| Objective To explore the association between hospital market competition and hospital technical efficiencies in the Chinese context . Methods Based on administrative data of 1449 comprehensive hospitals in Henan and Jiangsu in 2012, this paper used bootstrapped Data Envelopment Analysis and truncated regression to construct econometric and statistical models. Results Ceteris paribus, hospital technical efficiency will decrease by 0.0685 with an increase of 1000 in Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. Caonclusion In the Chinese healthcare context, market competition is positively associated with hospital technical efficiency. |
