目的
了解参保者对城镇职工基本医疗保险市级统筹政策运行状况的满意度。方法 对哈尔滨市4家三甲医院随机抽取的385名门诊和住院的职工医保患者进行问卷调查。运用一般描述性分析、方差分析、χ2检验和多分类logistic回归进行统计分析。结果 受访者的受教育程度(P=0.037)和健康状况(P=0.002)、对定点医院医生处方的网上监管(P=0.000, OR=2.346)和定点医院医疗水平(P=0.000, OR=2.140)是市级统筹满意度的主要影响因素。结论 需要加强政策的宣传教育、加强对定点医院医生所开处方的网上监管、加强双向转诊管理等措施来提高满意度。 |

Objective
To understand the satisfaction of beneficiaries about the municipal coordination policy. Methods Investigating 385 beneficiaries of basic medical insurance for urban workers in Class Ⅲ Grade Ⅰ hospital of Harbin City, and the data were analyzed by general descriptive analysis, variance analysis, chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results The respondents’ education degree and health status, the online supervision of doctor’s prescription (P=0.000, OR=2.346) and the designated hospital medical level (P=0.000, OR=2.140) are the most important influence factors of satisfaction of the policy. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the publicity policies and online regulation of doctors’ prescription and two-paths referral management to improve the satisfaction of the policy. |
