| 虽然我国医药卫生体制改革已经取得显著成效，但重大疾病患者住院医疗费用负担仍然沉重，因病致贫、因病返贫问题依然严峻。研究基于实地调研，对江苏省无锡市9家三级医院2015—2016年恶性肿瘤患者的住院医疗费用进行了描述性分析、单因素方差分析及多元逐步回归分析，结果显示：住院日、医院类型、转归情况是影响重大疾病患者住院医疗费用的主要因素。基于此，研究提出完善大病保障制度、控制医疗费用不合理上涨及提高重大疾病患者控费意识等对策建议，旨在控制医疗费用的不合理上涨，减轻大病患者的疾病经济负担和增强医改获得感。 |

| Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenditure of Patients with Critical Illness |

| Although China’s medical system reform has got remarkable achievements, but the burden of hospitalization expenditure on critical illness patients is still heavy, and the problem of poverty caused by illness and return to poverty due to illness is still grim. Based on field research, and through using descriptive analysis, ANOVA and multiple stepwise regression analysis, hospitalization expenditures of critical illness patients of 9 tertiary hospitals in Wuxi City from 2015 to 2016 are discussed. The result shows that the hospital days, hospital type and treatment result are the main factors influencing the hospitalization expenses of patients with critical diseases. Based on this, the research puts forward suggestions, such as improving the security system of critical illness, controlling unreasonable rise of medical expenses in medical institutions and improving the awareness of expenses control on patients with critical illness, to control unreasonable rise of medical expenses, reduce the economic burden on patients with critical illness and enhance the sense of gain on medical reform. |
