| 通过阐述移动医疗应用服务的内涵和外延，介绍了其应用领域和优势特点，重点分析了目前我国移动医疗应用服务的发展困境，如应用软件准入门槛低、医生在线执业不合法、移动医疗引发安全风险等问题。同时借鉴美国移动医疗监管模式，从移动医疗立法、主体监管部门、分类管理制度等角度展开探讨，希冀推动移动医疗的蓬勃发展，让人人享有基本医疗卫生服务。 |

| By expounding the connotation and denotation of mobile health application service, this paper introduced mobile health applications and its advantages. And then emphatically analyzed some deficiencies in mobile health application service in China at present, such as application software was low barriers to entry, doctor provided medical services online was illegal, the security risk of mobile health. Meanwhile, reference the mobile medical supervision mode of American. Finally, the mobile medical legislation, main regulatory authorities, classification management system problems were discussed to promote the development of mobile health and let everyone have access to basic health care. |
