| “三医联动”是三明市公立医院综合改革的基本模式，已取得阶段性成果。文章基于“医疗、医保、医药”联动理论和三明医改实践，再一次全面系统梳理三明市“三医联动”的一些做法、特征，对于如何联动改革，增强改革的系统性和协同性进行探讨，并就三明医改的深化以及全国范围内县级公立医院“三医联动”改革设计提出建议。 |

| “Three medical linkage” is the basic mode of the reform of public hospitals in Sanming City. Based on “Three medical linkage” theory and the practice of Sanming health care reform, the paper comprehensively and systematically hackles with the features of Sanming City in public hospital reform, discusses how to further reform and strength the systematicness and coordination of the reform. And suggestions of the deepening of Sanming City health care reform and “Three medical linkage” of county-level public hospitals in China are proposed. |
