| The establishment and improvement of comprehensive regulation system is of great significance for promoting the modernization of national governance， safeguarding the rights and interests of citizens’ health and maintaining the requirements for the healthy environment in the medicine and health care industry under the background of medical and health system reform. The connotation of definition, legal system construction, system construction, the construction of regulatory team and supervision mode were studied upon the current situation. Such study pointed out main problems and suggested feasible solutions in response. |
