基于集结排序与等级分类的医师岗位综合评价研究

摘要:
目的 立足于医师岗位综合评价问题,在集结排序和等级分类思想下选取代表方法设计建模方案。方法 在文献复习、调研访谈基础上,以Delphi法从多维度筛选二级指标,以AHP法分配权重。以指标体系作为载体,由“集结排序(加权求和、TOPSIS)”和“等级分类(可拓学)”思路建立综合评价模型。结果 指标体系符合医院工作实际,“集结排序”思想将所有医师测评信息整合为相对排序,“等级分类”思想是将单个医师按预设标准计算等级并用于优劣分类,对于医师岗位评价工作有方法意义。结论 集结排序思想体现群体待评对象综合相对排序,等级分类思想体现预设标准后将单对象独立分类,TOPSIS法和可拓学法分别为代表技术,实施程序对于卫生教育综合评价领域其它问题有应用价值。

Approach Research to Physician Post Assessment Based on Mass Sorting and Grade Classification

Abstract:
Objective According to job evaluation problems in general hospital, representative method was selected to build modeling project based on mass sorting and grade classification. Methods Based on literature and interview, Delphi was used to screen out the second level indexes, and AHP was used to distribute weight step by step. All physician evaluation data were collected after tripartite scoring; weighted summation, TOPSIS and matter-element analysis were used to build comprehensive assessment models. Results Index system accords with the reality of hospital work. Mass sorting relatively ranks all physicians’ evaluation information. “Grade classification” ranks every physician into different classes according to preinstalled standards. So it has methodology meaning in physician post evaluation. Conclusion Mass sorting thought reflects mass evaluation objects comprehensive relative ranking. Grade classification thought reflects the independent sorting of every object after the standard publication. TOPSIS and Extension Method are the representative technology. The implementation process has application value on health education comprehensive evaluation and other problems.
