Abstract: |
Patients’ expectations are an important index for hospital management,health policy formulation and the supply of health service. The article reviews the existing literature on patients’ expectations and draws attention to the specialty fields,such as concept,content,measurement and the influence factors of the patients’ expectations. The article outlines potential problems and deficiencies in the existing research to provide references for the future research. |
