| Hospital financial management is an important part of hospital management, it can strengthen and improve the hospital financial management ,and it is the effective protection of survival and sustainable development. Based on defining the connotation of hospital financial management scientifically, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the hospital financial management, introduces the theory and practice experience of extraterritorial hospital financial management.Finally, it puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of perfecting hospital financial management in China. |
