| With the “Healthy China” strategy and the health reform，to analyze the urgency and the great realistic significance of enhancing the Party construction in public hospitals, take the practice of the Party construction in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University as an example, and apply function analysis theory of AGIL model, establish a working path in Public hospitals with the framework of AGIL, to make the Party construction integrate and lead focus task, to make the effectiveness popularity-winning, to promote the health reform and “Healthy China” construction. |
