| After nearly five years of exploration and practice, Guangdong People’s Conciliation Committee pioneered the new situation to use the market mechanism to solve social problems. And on the basis of summarization of the past mediation experience, it innovates and perfects the joint mechanism of assurance, adjustment, compensation, prevention and management of effective solving medical disputes, which have a positive significance to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and prevent medical risk. |
