| The fishbone diagram analysis was performed for the various causes of unplanned re-submitting of operation by 5 key points (man, machine, material, method and environment) in quality management. After the implementation of the method, the causes for unplanned re-submitting of operation were clearer, which was helpful in guiding the clinical work and the fine medical management. |
