| 通过对上海某三级甲等医院的案例介绍，在保证服务质量的前提下，对医院后勤外包服务企业的成本实施成本控制。经过对成本框架的优化及相关内容的调整，外包服务项目成本支出合理下降，实现医院后勤外包服务项目的成本支出清晰、规范、可控。 |

| Through the introduction of the first-class tertiary hospital in Shanghai, and on the premise of guarantee the quality of service, the cost control of outsourcing service enterprise is implemented. Through the optimization of cost framework and the adjustment of related content, the outsourcing service project cost is reasonablely decreased, and the clear, standard and controllable cost expend of hospital logistics outsourcing service items is realized. |
