目的 探讨影响护士核心工作能力及工作情绪的相关因素,为护士职业素质水平的提高提供依据。方法 采用整群抽样方法,抽取黑龙江省北安市、大庆市、哈尔滨市5家医院和社区卫生服务中心的545名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括护士工作情绪、护士核心工作能力及其相关因素等,采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归等统计方法。结果 护士对护理专业的兴趣与其核心工作能力相关,班次与护士的劳动工作情绪相关。结论 提高护士对护理专业的兴趣,制定合理的倒班制度,可提高护士核心工作能力及工作情绪,从而提高护士的职业素质。 |

Abstract: |
Objective
To explore the relevant factors influencing the core ability and working mood of nurses, and to provide management basis for the improvement of nurses’ professional quality. Methods A total of 545 nurses from 5 hospitals and community service centers in Beian City, Daqing City, Harbin City and Heilongjiang Province were sampled by cluster sampling. The contents included general information of nurses, nurses’ working mood and nurses’ core work ability. Statistical methods, such as descriptive statistics, single factor analysis of variance and linear regression were used. Results Nurses’ interest in nursing specialty is related with its core work ability, and the frequency is related with the work mood of nurses. Conclusion Raising nurses’ interest in the nursing specialty and formulating reasonable shift system can improve the professional quality of the nurses. |
