| Innovation of establishment management ways is one of the important content of promoting the reform of public institution and deepening the comprehensive reform of public hospital. This paper analyzed and compared the different innovative ways of establishment management in public hospital from the aspects of characteristics, advantages and disadvantages and the implementation of conditions based on the surveys and interview materials in Jiang Su province, Shen Zhen city and Fu Jian province, in order to provide a reference for the next step reform. |
