目的 对不同类型医疗联合体绩效评估的靶向性进行分析。方法 采用文献荟萃分析，归纳整理医疗联合体绩效评估建设目标；依据医疗联合体特点，结合“结构—过程—结果”模型，分析医疗联合体划分维度及各类型的绩效评估靶向性。结果 不同维度医疗联合体绩效评估存在差异性，3个维度靶向性绩效评估包括20个绩效评估组合。 结论 各类型医疗联合体绩效评估是以3维度绩效评估组合为基础，不同类型医疗联合体因组合维度不同存在一定差异。

Objective To analyze the target specificity of different types of medical alliance. Methods Using the methods of literature analysis to sum up the targets of medical alliance. According to the characteristics of medical alliance and the “structure - process – result” model, the classification dimensions of medical alliance and the characteristics of different types were analyzed. Results There were differences in assessment of different dimensions of medical evaluation, and the 3 dimension targeted assessment included 20 combination of targeted assessment. Conclusion Each type of medical evaluation is based on the evaluation of the 3 dimension, and there are some differences among different types of medical alliance.
