| 目的 建立疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)制度下医师职称晋升医疗工作量化考核制度。方法 运用DRGs理论,对医师管床病例数、手术例数、门诊人次等医疗工作量进行量化评分。结果 运用DRGs理论对医师医疗工作量进行量化评分,能够体现不同专业之间医疗工作量的多少。结论 DRGs理论的应用使得不同专业之间医疗工作量比较更加具备可操作性,有利于形成有效的竞争和激励机制,提升医师团队建设。 |

Objective
To establish quantitative assessment of physicians’ medical works for promoting the title of a technical post under DRGs system. Methods Using the theory of DRGs to do quantitative assessment for physicians’ medical works, such as the number of hospitalized cases, surgical cases and outpatient visits. Results Using the theory of DRGs to do quantitative assessment for physicians’ medical works can reflect different professionals’ workload. Conclusion Using the theory of DRGs to do quantitative assessment physicians’ medical works makes the comparison of different professionals’ workload more operable, and it is advantageous to the effective competition, incentive mechanism and improving the team building. |
