目的 了解医务人员对三级康复医疗服务模式认知，分析实施区域性医疗联合体康复医疗服务体系的可行性。方法 对上海市卢湾区域医疗联合体进行机构问卷，并随机抽取本区域270例医务人员进行调查，建立数据库并分析区域性医疗联合体康复医疗服务接受度。结果 卢湾区域性医疗联合体医务人员对开展康复医疗服务的认知水平仍较低，且大部分受访者认为在区域性医联体推行康复医疗服务分级模式是可行的。但区域性医联体内开展康复医疗服务情况调查显示，社区卫生服务中心、二级医院/康复医院评价较低，有待改进的空间较大。结论 加大对三级康复医疗服务模式的宣传和推广，提高医务人员对康复治疗认知水平。 |

| Discussion on Tertiary Rehabilitation Service Feasibility Based on Healthcare Alliance Under the New Health Care Reform |

Objective
To study the personnel understand of tertiary rehabilitation service model, and to analyze the feasibility of implementing regional medical treatment combination for rehabilitation service. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in institutions of Ruijin-Luwan healthcare alliance and 270 medical personnel were randomly selected. Database was developed to analyze the acceptability of implementing regional medical treatment combination for rehabilitation service. Results The knowledge of rehabilitation service among personnel of Ruijin-Luwan healthcare alliance is limited and most of them believed the hierarchical system is practical for rehabilitation service. It is also found that the comment of rehabilitation hospital and community-based rehabilitation is still unsatisfactory, and efforts should be made for further improvements. Conclusion The publicity of tertiary rehabilitation service model should be increased，to improve the understanding of rehabilitation and regional medical treatment combination model among medical personnel. |
