| 新疆生产建设兵团团场医院一体化管理是新医改政策背景下，落实兵团卫生体制试点改革的重要决策，也是兵团自上而下发展医疗联合体的大势所趋。总结兵团团场一体化管理试点的实践做法和成功经验，对改革试点发现的问题进行分析，并提出相关对策和建议，为推动新疆兵团医疗体制改革、改善兵团基层群众医疗卫生水平提供建议。 |

| The integrated management of Corps Hospital is an important decision for the implementation of the pilot reform program of the Corps health system under the background of new healthcare reform policy, as well as the trend of developing the medical association from the top to the bottom of the Corps. In this paper, the integrated management of the pilot practices and successful experiences of the Corps and farms are summarized; and the problems discovered in the reform are analyzed; and related countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide advices for promoting Xinjiang Corps medical system reform and improving the Corps’ grassroots medical and health level. |
